3 Months ago I was able to project from a friend to make Sisfo for Pharmacies. Which of course I do with java. After a while his design and analysis've done, and started to go into the program. At the time the program finished've also lived part of reporting is not yet finished. Not yet finished the report I caused confusion to wear his reporting program anything.
But after some time searching and testing various programs, ranging from Datavision, Jreport, Cristal Report, with designer Jasper iReport, my choice finally fell to iReport. ² test again after it was good of others.
How to wear it this way:
1. Download iReport from its website.
2. IReport install as usual.
3. Run iReport.
4. Perform configuration for the database connection by clicking Tools | Report Data Source
a. select new and select your source data. I assume with JDBC
b. replace jdbc: mysql: / / localhost / MYDATABASE with your database name
c. Fill in your username and password
d. click save
5. Click File | Report Wizard to create a new report.
6. Fill a report according to your report and select a location.
7. Click the Query design to design the report directly or
click the Load Query if you have a query report.
8. Click Next and select the Field to be in the show.
9. Click Next and select the sorting display
10. Click next and select the layout.
11. Click Finish and your report is complete.
