* Connect the power cable into an electric socket, but do not turn on the printer first.
* Press and hold the Stop / Reset (with aikon red inverted triangle).
* Press and hold the Power button without removing the Stop / Reset (so now two buttons held).
* Remove the Stop / Reset without removing the Power button.
* Double Click the Stop / Reset printer here will enter service mode, where the printer will not work until we are out of service mode.
* Wait a moment when the printer did warming up, and when the printer is loaded, press the Stop / Reset four times quickly.
* After that, exit service mode by the printer off and unplug the printer power from the power socket.
* Printer can be used again after re-install the power cord. Reset EPROM process is complete.
