Make POE (Power Over Ethernet)

Often when we buy Access point in-door (the AP in particular for use in the room only), there is no feature not Poe & Poe in the device and its (Injector Voltage in Volt DC Cable Network UTP). An example here I have a Linksys WAP Access Point 4400 has a feature that is not Poe, and I want to install the AP in the location in which there is no place for men-colokkan power adapter for supplynya. Think of electricity colokan the nearest 10 meters from the location of the tide in the AP & the place is prone to get wet rain. Access Point Permisalan in-door like the tide as the out-door.

I can only interesting 220V AC power cable to the location, but will be fatal when the rain and get wet colokan electricity.
So that's my initiative to make Poe, in addition to the security of the rain water, also include the installation & makes it easier to look more concise.

How:

- Prepare the fruit TB 2 RJ-45 Female.
- Socket Female Jack DC adapter jack adapter according to the AP
- Male + DC Jack cable. Port in accordance with the DC socket on the AP Female
- 2 pieces connector RJ-45 Male
- UTP cable secukupnya
- LED small green fruits + 2 resistor 820 Ohm

Near the AP

Now for the cable link between TB with TB only, you can use Kable UTP Stright Trough usual.
For long & short distance between the TB with TB only, will affect the cable resistansi akan skip by Voltage in the DC, the length of the cable looses the greater certainty in the medium-voltage cable, to the solution, you can experiment with the pro-adapter with a DC supply voltage larger supply of provisions of AP.
Eg AP requires 12 V DC Supply
Poe and we use the length of 20 meters
For example, 20 meters will make the voltage drop (looses) of 3 Volt
AP so that later can still operate on the normal voltage 12 V
So we give Poe the supply of 12 Volt + 3 = 15 Volt Volt.
